I integrate humanistic, person-centered approaches with concepts from transactional analysis, CBT and attachment theory to provide a supportive environment. Together, we can delve into the deeper aspects of identity, understanding how cross-cultural and cross-religious experiences shape who you are. My practice focuses on supporting women in individual therapy, alongside couples and family work. Individual counselling for adult men is not currently offered.

This allows me to work in a way that feels safe, aligned, and clinically appropriate for the work I offer.

SESSION CHARGES

Sessions are charged at £50 for a 50 minute session. You can book in for a 15 minute consultation in which we’ll explore and discuss what has bought you to therapy and how we can can work togther.
